ReplayTiVoPlus and its sister company ReplayTvPlus were founded in 2000. It started as a search for an upgrade for my Replay model 2020. When I couldn't find a reputable supplier, as a self proclaimed techno-geek, I set out to learn to do it for myself. As with most technology there was an active user group who had already reverse engineered the Replay and unlocked the majority of its secrets.
Having quickly mastered this new skill and bored from early retirement from the telecom industry, I began to market this new found skill to anyone who wanted an easy turnkey upgrade for their system. Over time this has expanded into a variety of new Replay models, TiVo units and custom remote controls.
The driving force is to always treat customers the way that I would want to be treated and offer a fair value for a fair price. I have a simple guarantee, If you are not happy, send it back in a reasonable amount of time and I'll give you a refund. If I screwed up, I'll even pay the shipping.
I offer customer service by e-mail and cell phone. If I answer my cell phone, customer service is open. I usually answer all e-mails within a few hours.
